RAJAT KUMAR KEDIA

Rajat Kr. Kedia graduated from Cardiff Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2003. The family business of plastic rigid packaging was introducing innovative technologies in barrier packaging in the Indian market & Rajat was inducted into the business to assist with Sales & Marketing activity for these specialty rigid containers.
His keen interest in the Medical and Hygiene Textiles space has led to the formation of Manjushree Spntek which is his dream project to create world class fabrics in India, for India and the world.
NIDDHI KEDIA
Director
Niddhi Kedia is a graduate with B. Com (Hons) from Calcutta University & has done her Diploma in Management for Women Entrepreneurs from IIM, Bangalore.
She started her professional career as a relationship officer with IL&FS in their broking & investment business and learnt the workings of the Indian capital markets. Thereafter, she was responsible for financial reporting & relationship management of key customer accounts in the erstwhile family-owned business of Manjushree Technopack Limited.
Additionally, as a Graduate of New York Institute of Arts and Design, she ran her own fashion jewellery label which she now continues as a hobby. Her flair for writing has led to the creation of her blog, where she pens on parenting and lifestyle issues and her blog is followed by over 1200 subscribers.
BASANT KUMAR MOHATA

Basant has twenty-two years of work experience in the field of Mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, Investor Relation, EBITDA/Value Enhancer, Strategic Business acceleration, Portfolio Management, Taxation, Debt syndication, Accounts, and audit, of which ten years have been with Manjushree Technopack Limited (MTL).
He has handled the complete cycle of entry and exit of Private Equity Investment apart from this he played major role in 3 acquisitions, slump sale business integration, Investor Relation, MIS, business strategy, delisting of Company, Value enhancement, cost reduction, deal negotiation, budgeting, large size debt syndication, also taken care of entire Corporate Governance, Tax Compliances and Due Diligences along with Definitive Agreement negotiations etc.
Basant is qualified as Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, CIFRS with 21 years of experience in Garment and Plastic Industry at Bangalore.
SAMEER CHITNIS

Sameer S. Chitnis is a Polymer Engineer with 28 years of experience in the Polymer Processing Industry, with 20 years in the Spunmelt Nonwovens Industry catering to the Hygiene & Medical end use segment.
His strengths lie in Process Engineering, Plant Efficiency Management & Product Development, specifically with State-of-the-Art Spunmelt technology platforms.
During his work career, He has also been associated with three greenfield projects, managing activities from Projects & Product launch.
